accepted. An advance deposit of $345 is required to confirm a reservation. 50% of the balance is due 60 days
prior to arrival. 50% is required to confirm a reservation made 90 days or less prior to arrival. A monthly stay is
considered 28 days and includes a discount from the weekly rate. The week of Independence Day (July 4th) is
at a premium rate of 10%.
In order to receive a refund of an advance deposit, TENANT'S cancellation request must be made in writing
60 or more days prior to arrival. A refund will be issued minus a $75.00 cancellation fee. In the event of less
than 60 days notification, MIDNIGHT COVE REALTY, INC., will attempt to rent the reserved rental period and
if successful, TENANT will receive a refund minus a $75.00 cancellation fee. If the entire rental period is not
rented, the deposit is non-refundable. If TENANT requests a change in dates after the 60 days, the same policy
applies.
